Terms of Service

By accessing or using Repleasy ("Service"), including the website at repleasy.app and the Repleasy Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Repleasy is an AI-powered reply assistant for YouTube creators. The Service allows users to generate reply suggestions for YouTube comments using AI models. It is provided via a Chrome browser extension and an accompanying web dashboard.

Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. Free users receive a limited number of AI-generated replies per day. Paid plans (Pro and Creator) unlock higher daily limits and additional features as described on the pricing page.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@repleasy.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you subscribe and ends on the date stated at sign-up. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful
• Spam, phish, or engage in deceptive practices on YouTube or elsewhere
• Circumvent YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated means to create accounts or bypass usage limits
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these requirements.

The Service uses AI models to generate reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing replies before posting them
• You are solely responsible for any content you publish to YouTube
• We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Repleasy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as extra instructions or custom prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLEASY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repleasy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services including YouTube, AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek), Clerk, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and thereafter through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
